Blue Invitation

The blue of the sky
is like no other.
It is such
a grand illusion.
It is abundant
and ubiquitous.

Even when clouds
dominate our view,
we know the blue
is always near,
a portal to galaxies
beyond our sphere,
an invitation to awe
and wonderment.
