Women and non-binary people are invited to join Catholic writer, contemplative activist and certified spiritual director, Leslye Colvin, for a free virtual daylong retreat to help prepare for the Season of Advent. We will do this by engaging in community with our lifelong and intergenerational work of decolonization and anti-racism. Participants will spend the day pondering with Leslye some of her spirited writing through which we consider how we are continuing to be formed by colonization and racism, as well as how our baptismal call compels us not to worship at the altar of these conjoined systems. Leslye has studied at the Living School of the Center for Action and Contemplation, and the Guild for Spiritual Guidance.
